Can I buy the website later?
Yes! You can buy later with payback up to 50% of past subscription payments. Final price = one‑time price + (hosting/maintenance × months) − payback. Share your case and we’ll calculate it for you.
How long does custom web development take?
We need about 2 weeks for standard custom websites. If the project is complex, we may need more time. We keep you updated on progress throughout the development process.
Can I cancel Website Subscription monthly?
Yes! Website Subscription is monthly cancellable - With the 1-Month Plan, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There's no minimum contract term. This makes Website Subscription especially flexible for small businesses. 12/24-month packages have a commitment for the term (better prices).

Which languages do you support for web development?
Standard: German, English, Arabic (RTL). Additional languages: from €249 per language. We only add technical functionality, we don't translate content.
Do I own the website after purchase?
Yes! After full payment, you receive exclusive, transferable usage rights to the final deliverables. Third-party components remain under their original licenses. You get full ownership of your custom website.
What happens when canceling or late payment?
1-month plans: cancel anytime with 30 days notice. 12/24-month plans: commitment for the term, but immediate cancellation possible for payment default or material breach. Late payments may incur statutory default interest. We may suspend work until payment is received.
Do I own the website during subscription?
During subscription, ownership stays with LEXERNO. You receive a non‑exclusive right to use the website for the term. Ownership transfers only upon purchase.
What changes are included and can I make changes myself?
With subscription: We handle all changes. Subscription plans include a limited number of monthly content changes (text/image swaps, 2-6 per package). Turnaround time is communicated in advance. New pages, functional or design changes are quoted separately. With purchase: You can modify the website yourself, but unauthorized changes may void the warranty.
What do I receive upon delivery/purchase?
Source code and project assets as applicable; third‑party components remain under their licenses. Access credentials are provided as agreed.
