How much do your services cost?
WordPress websites from €890, Next.js websites from €1,390. Website assistants from €990 setup plus €99/month. Simple automation from €790, with optional support from €79/month. Starting prices apply to the described scope; you receive a fixed quote before work begins.
What does the starting website offer include?
Up to three content pages in one language, a proven design foundation or components adapted to your brand, responsive development, a contact form, basic technical SEO and two revision rounds within the agreed scope. You supply finished text and images. We also integrate your supplied legal texts.
What ongoing costs should I expect?
Website maintenance is optional from €99/month. The website assistant costs €99/month in addition to setup, within the described usage limits. Workflow support is optional from €79/month. The quote explicitly states whether hosting, domains, external licences and extra usage are included or charged separately.
How is the delivery schedule agreed?
We agree on a schedule after reviewing the scope. Delivery depends on complete content, required access and timely feedback. Additional requirements may change the schedule.
What does the AI assistant do?
It answers questions using approved company information, collects enquiries and emails you a summary. The starting offer covers one website and one language. Quotes, bookings, CRM actions and additional channels are outside this offer.
Can I edit the website myself?
WordPress content is editable through its CMS. With Next.js you receive the project code; a content management system is included only when explicitly agreed. Content updates by us are quoted separately.
Which languages do you support?
We consult in German, Arabic and English. Starting website and assistant offers each include one language. Additional languages and Arabic RTL layouts are quoted separately.
What do I receive on handover?
The agreed project code, access details and an introduction to the delivered solution. Templates, plugins and other third-party components remain subject to their licences.
WordPress or Next.js?
WordPress suits businesses that want to edit their own content. Next.js provides a flexible foundation for further development. Both starting offers use proven foundations adapted to your brand. Fully bespoke design is priced separately.
Who owns the website?
After full payment, you receive the usage rights and project source code specified in your quote. Third-party rights and licences continue to apply.
Is SEO included?
Website offers include basic technical SEO such as page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. Ongoing SEO and copywriting are separate services. Specific Google rankings are not promised.
Which tasks can you automate?
For example, receiving a form submission, saving a spreadsheet entry and sending an email notification. The starting offer includes one workflow with up to three steps and two standard integrations. We check that the required access and APIs are available first.
Are bookings or CRM integrations included?
These are outside the starting offer. We check available integrations and provide a separate quote. We do not promise integrations without suitable access; an email or file handoff may be an alternative.
Can you help with text and images?
Yes, under a separate quote. For starting offers, you provide finished text, images and company information that you have permission to use.
