Connect everyday tasks with a clear n8n workflow

An enquiry arrives through a form, is copied into a spreadsheet and passed on by email. n8n can connect recurring steps like these. LEXERNO starts with one manageable process, available integrations and a documented handover for your business in Germany.

Start with one recurring task

Pass on customer enquiries

Save agreed form fields to a spreadsheet and notify the person responsible. Your team keeps control of reviewing and responding to the request.

Reduce repeated data entry

Transfer agreed information between suitable tools using available standard integrations, instead of copying the same fields manually.

Keep the first project manageable

If you need n8n support for a single workflow, we first clarify its trigger, expected result and required access. A small scope makes responsibilities easier to define.

A simple workflow with an agreed scope

The entry offer covers one defined workflow with up to three steps and two available standard integrations. The quote specifies how steps are counted and which systems are involved.

One-time setup

Optional support from €79 /mo

  • One defined workflow with up to 3 steps
  • Up to 2 available standard integrations

  • Documentation and a handover walkthrough

You provide the required access. Runs on your account; hosting and tool licences are separate. Optional support covers status checks and failure alerts; changes are quoted separately.

Discuss your workflow

Starting prices apply to the described standard scope. Extra pages, languages, bespoke design and further integrations are quoted separately. We agree on the final price in writing before work begins.

Example: form → spreadsheet → email

A possible starting workflow for customer enquiries. This is a process example, not a published client case study with measured savings.

  1. An existing form sends the agreed fields to the workflow. We check the data format and necessary access.

  2. The enquiry is written to the agreed spreadsheet through an available standard integration.

  3. An email notifies the person responsible. A failure notification is configured for an unsuccessful run.

This example assumes a suitable form or available trigger; building a new form or website is not automatically included. We check whether your systems fit the limit of three steps and two standard integrations before quoting.

Define the trigger and result

We first describe what starts the workflow: a form, an available webhook or another agreed trigger. Then we specify which information goes where and what a successful run looks like.

Branches, approval loops, multiple data sources and custom interfaces may exceed the entry scope. We quote that work separately rather than treating every process as a simple connection.

Available access determines what can connect

For each connection, we check whether your account, subscription and permissions provide the required API or standard integration. You supply the necessary accounts and access.

Closed systems cannot always be connected directly. Email, PDF, CSV or a manual handoff may be suitable alternatives where direct access is unavailable; their scope is assessed separately.

Test the workflow and failure notifications

We test the agreed workflow with representative examples, including the normal run and relevant failures, such as missing required fields or an unavailable destination.

We agree on who receives failure alerts and how the work continues. Where retrying could create duplicate entries, the handling needs to be clarified before launch.

Run the workflow on your account

The workflow runs on your account. Hosting, n8n operation and external tool licences are separate costs and are clarified before setup.

You receive the agreed documentation and a handover walkthrough: what starts the workflow, how access is managed and who is responsible if something fails.

Optional monitoring and future changes

Setup starts from €790. Optional support from €79 per month covers status checks and failure notifications within the agreed scope.

New steps, changed data fields or extra systems are extensions quoted separately. Monitoring does not include an unlimited allowance for workflow changes or incident handling.

Not every automation needs AI

Moving defined fields or sending notifications can often be handled with clear rules. A language model is not automatically needed for those tasks.

If you want to interpret unstructured text or draft a response, we assess an AI step separately, including its data, running costs and the human review it needs.

From your goal to a working solution

  1. Understand Your Needs

You describe your goal. We clarify scope, content and required access.

  2. Receive a Fixed Quote

We agree on deliverables, price, ongoing costs and a schedule before work begins.

  3. Build and Test

We set up the solution, test the agreed process and work through the agreed revisions.

  4. Handover and Launch

You receive the agreed access, documentation and a walkthrough. Support is available within an agreed scope.

Questions about workflow automation

What does an n8n workflow cost?

LEXERNO starts from €790 for one defined workflow with up to three steps and two available standard integrations. Setup, failure notifications, functional testing, documentation and a handover walkthrough are included. We agree on the final requirements in writing.

Is monthly monitoring mandatory?

No. Support from €79 per month is optional and covers status checks and failure notifications. Hosting and tool licences are separate; changes are quoted separately.

Can you connect any CRM or booking system?

That depends on available interfaces, your subscription and permissions. We do not promise a connection before checking them. Custom APIs, booking logic and complex CRM processes are not automatically part of the starting offer.

Are n8n hosting and tool subscriptions included?

No. The workflow runs on your account, with hosting and external licences separate. We clarify the services needed and responsibilities before implementation.

What happens if a step fails?

Failure notification and functional testing are included in setup. We define who acts on an alert and whether it is safe to repeat a run. Optional monitoring does not replace separately agreed incident handling.

How much time will it save?

That depends on your process. Useful measurements include the number of enquiries, the time spent copying them and the review work that remains. We do not guarantee time or cost savings without a measured starting point.

Describe one task you repeat

What information arrives, where do you copy it and which tools do you use? A short description is enough for an initial review. Do not send passwords or API keys through the contact form.
